I've been teaching out of this gym since 1998, it is the premier Mixed Martial Arts gym in Long Island owned by Ray Longo who's trained numerous UFC fighters most notably, Chris Weidman, the current World UFC Middle Weight Champion and World UFC Champ Matt "The Terror" Serra.  It is at this gym where I refined my skills in kick boxing, boxing, Muay Thai, Kali, Escrima and Jeet Kune Do Concepts.  I must acknowledge my good friend Ray Longo for the opportunity to teach at his gym all these years, just being around Ray and his fighters made me a better Martial Artist.  Ray, Thanks for teaching me that "You don't have to be an A-hole to make money” Again, this is where I do most of my teaching, there is a private area designed for my students.  There are also heavy bags, a boxing ring, a full sized cage and large matted area.
