ABOUT US

Welcome to Eric San José Martial Arts—where training is personal, focused, and results-driven. This isn’t a cookie-cutter martial arts school. When you walk through my doors, you work directly with me. Every class. Every round. Every rep. I design each session around you—your goals, your abilities, and the results you want.

I’ve trained people from every walk of life: 4-year-olds discovering their first front kick, teens chasing tournament glory, adults looking for fitness and confidence, and elite professionals honing their edge. Law enforcement officers from the Nassau and Suffolk County Police Departments, NYS Troopers, and FBI Special Agents have all sharpened their skills here.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching UFC veterans and world champions, refining their kicking techniques and improving flexibility for peak performance. My students have stood at the top of the podium in karate tournaments—excelling in both forms and sparring—claimed amateur boxing championships, and even fought their way to victory in Muay Thai kickboxing events at Madison Square Garden.

No matter your starting point, you’ll find the same dedication here: the highest-quality, one-on-one attention and a program designed to bring out your best. Whether you want to master the art, win the fight, or simply push your limits, I’ll be in your corner every step of the way.

At Eric San José Martial Arts, champions aren’t just born—they’re built.
